Koala Park and Featherdale Wildlife

While technically in the lower Blue Mountains foothills, Featherdale Wildlife Park is a must-visit for families heading to or from the mountains. Get up close with koalas, hand-feed kangaroos and wallabies, and meet wombats, echidnas and platypus. It is one of the best wildlife encounters near Sydney.
