Talisman Gallery

Talisman Gallery at Hartley Historic Site combines a blacksmithing workshop with a gallery of unique metal art. Visitors can browse finished pieces or book hands-on knifemaking workshops (around four hours) where you forge a Celtic-style blade under guidance—equipment and PPE provided. Workshops typically run Friday–Sunday by appointment. A distinctive experience stop when exploring the heritage village between Mount Victoria and Lithgow.
